We had to take our 10-year-old dog here over Labor Day weekend due to lethargy and lack of appetite. She was diagnosed with anemia and had to be admitted overnight for tests. I hated leaving her, but the staff was so caring, I knew she was in good hands. I was very impressed with Dr. Crow and all the staff and would highly recommend Animal Emergency Center of the QC's.
Dr. Benge has been there to help my dogs on more than one occasion. I brought a dog in with what I suspected to be pyometra. She did not fit the classic signs, but in my heart I knew. Dr. Benge listened to me and trusted my judgement providing quality care for her until she could be referred to a specialist who confirmed pyometra. Some would have sent us home because it was such an unusual case. I am grateful to him for his compassion and quality care.
The staff was extremely helpful, and sympathetic when that time came. We had a cat who very suddenly developed symptoms, early on a Sunday morning. We called and were told to come right in. We got there, and everyone was very considerate and gentle with Joey. Unfortunately he had a virtually untreatable blood clot, and we had to make the hard decision to put him out of his pain. A huge thanks to Dr. Laura Crow, and everyone else there for getting us through this.
My dad lost his best friend today and I just wanna say a huge thanks to this animal hospital for refusing to take Sisco in this morning which could of possibly saved his life.
Thank you the wonderful care you gave our sweet Chloe. The staff were truly exceptional with the care and attention they gave us.
I am so grateful and appreciative of the staff AEC. My dog had an accident and had a puncture wound. I am very impressed at the care my girl received. I highly recommend this clinic!!
Thank you for being so kind, gentle and considerate during Lucky's euthanasia on May 8. It was a horribly hard day, but you helped make it peaceful. I thank you for the kinds words, encouragement and sharing in my sorrow.
