The staff here are top notch! Animal emergency care is a huge asset to the quad cities! They took such good care of my Bentley. They were so patient with me and took the time to answer every concern and question I had. I could call at any time and get updates right then. They sent me home with a detailed list of everything! Thank you again for caring for my fur baby!!!
My cat almost died because they said he had a 'fever with unknown origin' and actually had a rotten tooth that was spreading infection to his entire body. After their inspection of his mouth they said he had 'slight tartar' and the wonderful people at White Haven vets informed us that he had a severely rotten tooth and that we were smart to bring him in even though the emergency vets said he should be fine with antiobiotics.Will never take my cat or any other pet there again.
Amazing staff. We have had to take our cat here a few times and both times they were amazing with her care!!
