The staff was great, but the doctor was rude and needs to work on her bed side manner. Shouldn't talk to people like they are beneath you. It's our right to ask questions without you being rude and acting like we were wasting your time. Rude, rude and rude you were..

On a Sunday Our small dog was attacked by a large dog. We had to bring him in due to injury. The staff was amazing! Sympathetic and extremely helpful in all matters. We had to put Blue down that day... it's never an easy process, but the staff and general environment were supportive and comforting. I will never take my family anywhere else. We had to take our golden retriever Stasha there last week and she had to stay for observation over night. We were able to call and check on her and the vet and get technician were caring and kind to help talk us through any questions we had when we called. Dr. Benge was the vet on and he was very patient and spent good time with us to ask questions before we left her for the night as well. Dr. Crow and the staff are simply amazing. They treated our Goldendoodle, Charlie, like one of their own. They performed surgery and removed two articles of clothing from Charlie’s stomach/intestine. Not even 48 hours later and he is at home resting and acting more himself than he has the past 10 days. The staff was beyond caring, understanding, and patient.
