Drove 45 miles to get my dog checked out for a broken canine and the vet, Laura Crow had to be the rudest person I have ever seen. Because my dog was barking at her she wouldnt check her out or even come in the room. I told her if she would pet her, she would quit barking. I was told, that's how people get bit. I dont know why she is even a vet. Very unprofessional.

I want to give this 5 stars!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Everything! The staff is courteous, caring and knowledgeable! They really go the extra mile to help you and your pet through any problem you may have! They allowed me daily visits with my pet, called me regularly with updates/concerns about her care and managed to save her life in an extreme condition. She was admitted with kidney and liver failure due to ingesting mouse poison. The prognosis was poor....I have her home with me today...4 days later....on the mend and doing well! Thank... read more

I truly can't put into words how thankful I am for Animal Emergency Center of the Quad Cities. The staff was so professional and caring during one of the scariest and most stressful times I've ever experienced while being a dog mom. It's been close to a week since my dog's emergency surgery for bloat and he is doing great! It's all thanks to their wonderful staff that was quick with treatment and kind the whole way through the process.

Even during the middle of the night, Dr. Benge and the AEC team were compassionate and professional. I appreciated the time spent with us going over x-Ray results, treatment plan, and patient education. Would definitely recommend them! Thank you Dr. Benge and the AEC team!

This place is a scam to milk you for as much unnecessary treatment as possible. Today my dog was doubled over in pain and hadn't pooped. I figured it was a stomach problem and he may have eaten something he wasn't supposed to. I took him in and the "veterinarian" insisted that the pain was from his leg (???) and needed an x-ray. It turned out to be just constipation - pretty much exactly what I said from the beginning. So I paid nearly $400 total for a tummy ache that a $20 trip to PetCo would have solved. 0/10. I'm glad dog... read more

I took my 8yr Chi in on a Sat. night. He was bleeding from his rectum. Turned out, it was infected anal gland! He has had bad teeth that has worried me (was told blood work was not good in 2017 so didnt fix them) Dr Mckemie-Foster said she would look at the teeth and pull the loose. long story short, I'm so thankful she took the time, and she pulled 8 teeth! My boy always seemed not himself the last yr, but after Dr taking the time, he is such a happy boy! She explained everything, & we got so much more than expected that ni... read more

I need to start with how compassionate and professional they were with us when we arrived. We needed help getting our lab, Lucy, inside because she couldn’t walk. After getting her inside and taking xrays, they discovered an aggressive form of cancer and that a tumor had burst. There was nothing that could be done for our beautiful Lucy, and we lost her. They were so patient and kind while we said our goodbyes, and they took the time to comfort us and explain the situation and what had happened. Dr. Benge and his staff were ... read more
