Besides their convenient hours, staff was awesome. we were explained everything before, during and after. We were given a few options. Last but not least, they don't gouge you because you're in an emergency situation. Price very comparable to a normal visit .
They don't waste time, no matter how bad your pet may or may not need it. I've been unfortunate enough to need them twice, one when my dog randomly started having seizures (they took such great care of her and kept her overnight to make sure the meds stopped the seizures) and the other when my cat was puking blood (they had us in and out in less than 40 minutes after doing a quick eval and some blood work and gave her meds to help her stop). They were very compassionate and addressed all of our concerns. Wonderful staff!

I cannot say enough about Animal Emergency Center. My wife and I had to put down my buddy Lou, and Kari at the front desk made sure we were taken really good care of even at 2:30 in the morning. Having to say goodbye is not easy, but from the paw print mold to the card sent a week later, they truely care and are there in your special pets time of need. Thank you Animal Emergency Center!!!
We had to let go of our baby Skyeblue this morning. They were nice & compassionate. They made sure we had private time as well as handling her when it was just to hard to watch, They also helped us help her sister about 2 yrs ago. we felt very comfortable taking blue to them knowing they would take care of her. together again
My little Lola was vomiting excessively! She's a yr old shih tzu. All the staff and veterinarian were great so kind I was able to bring her right down! She is feeling much better this evening it's a relief to know we are blessed to have such a great care facility for our fur babies during off hours! I would highly recommend them! I hope I never have to return of course but so happy with the service i received!!-Angela Holle
