I was hoping I’d never have to use your facility. Our case wasn’t urgent, but when I called, the concern wasn’t minimized and we got our pup there within 15 minutes. Jaxson had started making a weird grinding sound when closing his mouth and he seemed off. My husband immediately said, we’re taking him to the animal emergency. We got him there and he was welcomed by a super friendly employee. He went back to be examined and they called to gather some information. Dr Miller then called after the exam and had found a small bone... read more
Business response:
We really appreciate the great recommendation, Linnie! We are so glad that we could help Jaxson and make sure there wasn't anything too concerning going on. We hope everything is all better and we don't see you too soon.
waited outside for 4 hrs because my kitten wasn't feeling good and had respiratory the last week and thought he wasn't breathing right. but come to find out he was fine he was panting because he had a fever but they wanted to run all these tests on him that didn't even have anything to do with his respiratory system they even wanted to check in for leukemia and they wanted to charge me $590 so yeah I do not recommend them unless it's an exact emergency their prices are outrageous and ridiculous they're only out for their mon... read more

Please accept our deepest condolences on the loss of "Mia". Please contact our office manager at 563-344-9599 to discuss Mia's record and your experience at our facility. Thank you.
Just took Isaac to the Animal Emergency Center in Bettendorf. (He's feeling a lot better) I wish everywhere was half as careful about COVID. The doctors, nurses and staff were all excellent
Business response:
Thank you so much for your kind comments. We're especially pleased to hear Isaac is feeling better!!
This place is amazing! We had to take our dog there twice and the last time was to put him down. The care and empathy this place shows is wonderful. We have never dealt with such a great group of animal professions. I would highly recommend!
Business response:
We are so sorry for your loss, Angie. We were fortunate enough to be able to help your family and give you that extra time with your dog. We wish you and your family all the best.
Thankful to have an option on the weekends. I found the cost to be reasonable for emergency care. My cat's issues were somewhat complex given his age and condition and the vet spent all the time that was needed discussing the various options on what appeared to be a busy Sunday morning.
Business response:
We are so glad that we could help you and your cat, Liz! Thank you for choosing Animal Emergency Center Of The Quad Cities!
They treated my dog and I very well. I was so worried but they were calm and explained what they thought was wrong with my dog, how they were going to treat her, what to expect and what the next steps needed to be. My dog even seemed sad when the tech returned her to me and went back into the building. I was impressed with their covid-safe work flow too.
Business response:
We are so glad that we could help you and your dog, Jenny! Thank you for choosing Animal Emergency Center Of The Quad Cities!
My one and only experience with this place was very unprofessional. I was lied to about my Dog and I never received any calls saying that he had issues during the night. BUT that was not true he had several seizures with NO calls to me ..I sent them a private message and NO response.
Business response:
Ms. Treur, Thank you again for speaking with me this morning. Please know we will always be here should you need us in the future. But, as we both agreed, we hope that doesn't happen. Kindest Regards...
We brought our Siberian husky in over the weekend after she ate a bunch of gum. Every single person we spoke to was kind and compassionate and answered all of our questions with patience. They seemed to be quite busy that night. Dr. Benge was fantastic and really made us feel comfortable with her care there. Amanda, a vet tech went above and beyond by helping us with questions, calling with updates, and helping us set up the next steps in her care. It was a scary experience seeing our pup so sick, but the staff was truly exc... read more
