I have brought my dog to this location 3 times in the past 1.5 years and I have had a pleasant experience every time. Very recently, my pup hurt his leg. The vet techs and veterinarians were upfront and clear about the costs of the various procedures they recommend. They did not perform any tests or x-rays without consulting me first, and they even provided me an itemized bill beforehand that showed the low end and high end costs of each test they wanted to perform, and I was free to accept or deny services I didn’t want. Th... read more

Very good service, I brought my 150# English Mastiff Mic in who had injured his leg. The staff was very good about having me handle him throughout all his exams and ex-rays.

Dr. Birch was straight forward and kind and, further, didn't ord... read more

My standard poodle (1yr old) got into a bag of yogurt covered raisins. (my son was having a sleepover and they were in the boys bag, Would've never thought of checking! Will now!) The staff was amazing! Everybody made me feel very reassured and took amazing care of our puppy. She spent the day at our vet today continuing on her IV regimen. And tonight's service was equally amazing as I dropped her off to continue her 48 hours of IV fluids.

Very professional care. Our Pomeranian needed urgent surgery to remove a linear foreign body, and they did a fantastic job of explaining things and were upfront on cost so we knew exactly what to expect. Great experience considering how scary it was!
