took our dog and sat for 4, hours! not even triaged not looked at NOTHING we walked out after arguing with staff. our dog had surgery last week his stitches were opened you could see in his wound and NO one even cared to triage him but try to tell us they were busy and more urgent cases were there how would you know he wasnt urgent if no one even cared to check him! completely disgusted by this!
Brought my dog in for vomiting all day. Waited an hour an a half to just talk to the vet. For him to tell me he wants to run all of these test even before examining my dog. I am frustrated on why I was charged $120 dollars for a vet check for them to not even check my dog out. I would highly recommend going somewhere else.
Great staff, great care. I took my cat in after it need led some stitches and they went above and beyond to make sure he had everything they needed. The staff were so sweet, especially the front desk!!
RecommendedMom and dad woke up last night at 2 am because I was throwing up and acting strange trying to pee in random place throughout the house every minute! My mom was so worried because I never acted like that before and I wouldn’t snuggle (and I’m a BIG snuggler). She called up South Metro Animal Emergency Care to see what to do and 15 minutes later we were on our way there. The workers treated me and my mom so nicely and were so prompt! Took our Toy Poodle in on Sunday, June 9... They were very thorough in their examination of Sassy. We were given several updates along with estimated charges through each stage of eval and treatment... Vet was very pleasant and talked in a manner we could understand ( not all the clinical “what-does-that-mean terms”). Answered all our questions, showed and explained xrays to us and presented options for us to decide how to proceed. The staff was very accommodating. Terrible experience. The vet wanted to euthanize our dog without running any tests. We were there over four hours and left to get a second opinion. The second vet we went to ran tests and resolved the problem with medication.
They were awesome and took great care of Ms Daisy!!!
My fiance and I came home and our sweet lab couldn't stand or walk. We took her in Friday evening. the wait was quite long (2 hours), however, I can understand why. the doctor took his time with us and didn't rush us. We unfortunately had to let her go, but, the staff were so kind and caring. The vet was so knowledgeable but also direct, and made us feel we made the right decision. I would take an injured or ill pet there in a heartbeat.
