Your office was prompt about sending medical records to the U of M and to us when we requested them. And the orthopedic provider seemed impressed by the splinting you did! Will be a long healing process, but I am thankful for the prompt and thorough care we received.

Very friendly staff, freshly cleaned room. While there was only one vet working and two surgeries being prepped, they took us in and worked quickly to care for my dog. So glad I came here!
In the last two years we’ve been here multiple times thanks to a clumsy puppy, and every time has been a great experience. Staff are understanding, gentle, and friendly - from the front end to the vets themselves. Emergency care isn’t cheap, but they are open about the charges at the time of the appointment and clarify all options with you before moving forward. All over top class care!
