Late night pickup and the lady that dealt with us were very polite and helpful. However, be aware that you have to enter the ULEZ .
Mandy has been really good in updating us and taking care of our 2 cats upon arrival. She’s really. My cats travelled about 34 hrs including the layover. So excited to hear that our cats just arrived safely in London! It was a door to door service, worth it!
