Please be aware of this agent . They are full of lies and never did what they promised. Be prepared to make a big lost if dealing with them. Very bad experience for purchasing. Chasing you Daily even without thinking about the legal processing. Messaging you to directly for the completion without go through the solicitor . Putting buyer under the pressure and leave the property a mess with full of rubbishes ( i m be kind that trust them can clean up but after 1 month nothing happened )
