We hired a narrow boat with this company for a weeks holiday, the boat had multiple problems which they seemed unable to fix, the engineers they were employing didn't seem to have much of an idea about marine maitenance/enginering. We hired a boat to celebrate a special birthday and what a fantastic time we had. We had a phone call the day before to say we could pick it up early which was a great advantage to us as we had a good start to Birmingham and stopped off for a pub lunch. The staff were so helpful and friendly offering advice on best routes. We were novices to this but everything was explained well and we even managed 6 locks.
