When we first got the letter me and my brother we were very sceptical. Thought it looked like a weird scam. Knowing nothing about the industry except some tv show on heir hunters. However all their communication has been straightforward and clear. They took time but got on with it and we just received a cheque for the share of my fathers estate. Receiving the call from Eileen Lavelle last summer regarding the passing of a family member was a complete shock and initially I was quite sceptical. However there was no need for my concern as Eileen showed extreme professionalism, efficiency and empathy at all stages of the process.
