I called Simon on a Saturday on the off chance of making an appointment for him to look at my Truma combi boiler which was showing a fault code and wouldn't reset. We were staying on a nearby site in our caravan when we ran into issues with loss of power to our water pump. After eliminating as many reasons as I could within my ability, the owner of the site recommended Simon as a local mechanic who should be able to help. Simon so very kindly gave me an hour of his time to have a look at a botch job a previous gas Engineer had done on my Campervan. This guy had ended up doing such a bad job that he had left me in my campervan with no heating.
