Anglia Boiler Maintenance have been servicing our oil boiler for 4 years now and they are brilliant. We had a couple of problems with it in-between services and they came out the same day we contacted them and put things right. Jason has been excellent in keeping our boiler going as well as providing helpful advise and information.
Had used Anglia Boiler for years. Unfortunately, the owner now is rude and unhelpful with no customer skills. She is not interested in any damage done to properties by the engineers and does not respond to emails. Now using another company.
AVOID AVOID AVOID said that a boiler was serviced in an empty property. Apparently left working, when moved into that said property the boiler WAS NOT working. Phoned them and they’ve said that they’ll charge us call out fees because a week ago apparently it was working - DESPITE the fact it was empty and no one had used it since their “service” Terrible service and I wouldn’t trust them
