A hour workshop very interesting and enjoyable.
I had a deep tissue massage with Angela and it was the best! I felt like floating at times! It was just what I needed to release all tensions and stress and she is very professional. I am definitely coming back soon. Highly recommend it.
Never been so relaxed, honestly. I have been to Rose Holistic Therapies in another location before they moved here but the new location has really considered the full experience. The team really want you to feel at ease and take the time for yourself. I have previously had a massage and today had reflexology. Highly recommend!

1. Amazing treatment in the new studio. I went in feeling shattered and under the weather and came out fully restored and feeling fabulous. I cannot recommend this highly enough. 2. Another wonderful treatment yesterday, leaving me feeling human again after a very stressful week at work. Definitely my fourth emergency service!
