I have been going to this office for nearly two years. Dr. Gum's team is always polite, personable and professional. Though I know they work very hard, this team's focus on patient care and customer satisfaction appears effortless.
I recently made my third visit to Dr. Gum for a bi-annual check-up. As usual, the office staff was friendly, the office was clean, and the Dr. was professional. My appointment was on-time, and the cleaning was thorough but quick. I even got to look at pictures of my teeth as the Dr. performed the final review. Hard candy is not good for teeth.
Everything was great. Never experienced a dentist office like this. I would recommend to family and friends.
Making appointments is always easy, and text notification reminders are really convenient. The waiting area and all of the rooms are very clean and have a cool modern decor. Each room has a flat screen TV that swivels around so you can watch during your cleaning. Most importantly, everyone is always very friendly and professional!
One word for my experience so far with Dr. Gun- awesome.
The office staff and Dr. Gum are very nice, attentive and on time. Dr. Gum is quick but does a great and thorough job and the office always follows up each visit with a phone call. In addition, the office facilities are extremely nice and very clean. I highly recommend Dr. Gum for all of your dental needs!
I am thoroughly pleased with the level of service I have received during my first few visits to the doctor. The services are reasonable, the amenities (TV, aesthetics of office, comfort of chairs, etc) are great. Only thing that perplexes me is billing - why does it never make sense?
Extremely informative. Excellent facilities and smiling faces. Did have to pay for parking.
