The staff is friendly, the office is clean, and they are very gentle and minimize dentist office anxiety.
As someone who normally hates going to the dentist, I found that Dr. Gum was very accomodating. I had to have a few cavities filled, and the whole time she let me know what was going on, was very professional, and afterward my teeth feel a lot better! She even called the next day to check on how I was doing, which is something I've never experienced from past dentists I've gone to. Dr. Gum and her staff are friendly and personable. They follow-up too, which is new to me. Also, the location is perfect for those who have busy schedules and work downtown. Highly recommended!!
Where is parking? Visit was great.
I recently had a cavity filled. The process was quick and painless, and they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable.
I recently went for my second visit and, as previously, I had an excellent experience. Very friendly and professional service, great environment, the office facilities are nice and very clean. I only had a problem with a parking; I didn't expect the appointment to take so long (over 2hrs), so I got a parking ticket. Also, I'm not sure about the billing; I wasn't able to speak properly after the appointment (due to the anesthesia), so I couldn't ask about it at the front desk. But the overall experience was very good.
I have a lot of dental work to be done, and in the past I have felt awkward and embarrassed by dentists who insisted on telling me every way I could have prevented it. Dr. Gum and her staff don't focus on that - they just focus on getting it done quickly in the most affordable way possible. They are very friendly. I have recommended her office to anyone who has asked.
The entire staff is very friendly and professional. Without a doubt, the nicest facility and best technology I've ever seen. What I liked most is that the atmosphere and setting made you feel comfortable. The experience was so good that my wife and children are now visiting Dr. Gum.
