My first visit to Dr. Gum's office was great. It was very easy, accessible, and a great environment.
I received a warm welcome my first visit! I'm so glad my collegue Gina referred me to Dr. Gum. I was disappointed to leave my last dentist due to insurance acceptance. I've lived all over the country and had tons of dental team experiences. The office is downtown and I'll travel the distance from Canal Winchester.
Dr. Gum and staff are fabulous. They are conveniently located right by my office in the Arena District so getting my bi-annual check-ups is incredibly easy to do. And often meetings pop up for my kind of work last minute--Dr. Gum's office is always flexible in accommodating my schedule. Not only that, but she and her staff is just so wonderful. They're very friendly, personable and really make you feel at ease. I've been seeing Dr.Gum for a little over 2 years now and I highly recommend her!
Some of the coolest technology I've seen in a dentist office, their ability to take photos in your mouth of what they are seeing makes it great to know exactly what is going on. The staff were polite and friendly and it is obvious they strive to provide a positive experience. They have won my hard to get business.

The office of Dr. Gum sent me text message confirmation info for my appointment well in advance, emailed me about price and options for flings before I arrived, made me extremely comfortable though the cavity filling process (yea TV) and followed up after with a phone call. Wonderful on all counts!!!
I visited Dr. Gum, again, for a cavity filling. I was really nervous because last year, I had a couple cavities filled at a dental office near Cleveland, and the experience was painful. Dr. Gum's hygienist stayed with me the whole time prior to my procedure because I was so nervous, & I am so grateful she did. The hygienist was very thorough, friendly, & knowledgable. She educated me without being condescending & judgmental. Dr. Gum was extremely friendly & I really enjoyed meeting her. The office did not push procedures or products; they made OTC recommendations as a preventative measure instead of jumping straight into scare tactics and pricey options. I really enjoyed my experience and happy my friend recommended Dr. Gum. I will definitely be looking forward to my dentist visits twice a year!
