Good work and good dental advice, as usual. I wish you could keep my health investment savings plan card number on file so that I wouldn't have to dig it out for visits.
I recently had a cavity filled by Dr. Gum and could not believe how easy it was! I liked my previous dentist, but they can't compare to experience you get with Dr. Gum. My appointment started right on time, as is the norm at this office. The staff explained the procedure and anything to watch out for in the coming days. Several co-workers use Angela Gum as their Dentist. It's located right downtown next to the Arena, where we all work. The place almost looks like a spa, and they let you watch TV while they work on your teeth. They managed to save a tooth that my previous dentist thought was lost without resorting to a root canal.
I am the worst dental patient. Wish I had started going to Dr. Gum 20 years ago although I think she might have been 12 then.
Dr. Gum and her staff are courteous, friendly and PROMPT (very important). Her offices are very clean and the staff patiently explains what procedures will take place and any side effects of them. The after-work hours on Tuesdays are especially helpful. I don't have to use vacation hours.
Switched to Dr. Gum last year. Great friendly office and Dr. Gum is awesome. She made my last visit as pleasant as you can get at the dentist. :-) Love the friendly reminders that they send out.
Dr. Gum's staff fit me in the same day I called to make an appointment. The office also has work-friendly hours, which I greatly appreciate.
Honestly the most pleasant experience I've had at a dentist. Not that the bar was real high, but I genuinely enjoyed Dr. Gum and her staff. And I even had fillings. I try to choose my service providers based on their name. Johnny Concrete patches my sidewalk. Tommy Turbo is my mechanic. Dave Discount has fixed my flooring. Seriously. I'm just that much more impressed because my ridiculous decision making process has once again payed off. Thank you Dr. Gum.
Finding the time to get to the dentist can be difficult with a busy schedule but Angela and her team make it much easier. I can walk from work to her office and on my last visit I told them I had an unexpected meeting in less than an hour. They were very aware of my time constraint and made sure I got out of there in time for my meeting.
