Sarah did a great job on my Service yesterday. She was very informative and gave me all the info I needed. She walked me through a daily routine that I can follow each day to get my dental health back to where it should be. I needed some fillings and instead of having me come all the way back for a second visit they were able to fit me in that day! Dr. Gum was very kind and sweet and her energy put me at ease. I recommend this office and will be back in 6months for my next cleaning!!
She was wonderful! A calm and peaceful enviroment to get dental work done. She was patient and through. I loved the follow up and the reminder emails!! This was and is the best dental experience ever!

I love the flexibility and the personal attention of Dr Gum. I only give it 3.5 because of the parking situation. I do not work downtown and if there is an event of any kind during the time of my appointment I have to pay $8 to park.

I do not live in the Columbus area but work downtown, so I was looking for a dentist that could see me during my lunch hour. My first visit was exceptionally thorough. The practice uses modern equipment techniques. The staff is always friendly and easy to work with. Dr Gum is very professional but personable and makes you feel like she is talking to a friend rather than a patient. I have recommended Dr Gum to several co-workers already.
I love coming to Doctor Gum. It is a pleasure working with Scott in the front office. I arrived early and Amanda took me back into the room and waited there until Dr. Gum was ready. When Dr Gum gave me a shot of novacaine, she stayed there instead of running to another room to work. I appreciate her attention.
My Son, Tyler and I have been going to Dr. Gum for at least a year now and she is always very sweet, professional, and knowledgable!
