I waited over an hour in a Zoom meeting until she called to say she was tired up with another patient. I expected that a Medical Professional would have told their staff to contact me to find out my status. I was very surprised with this level of unprofessionalism.
Great Experience
My experience with Dr. Bien as my physician was far beyond exceptional. She was very thorough and professional. I was seen promptly at the time of my appointment. She took her time with me, explaining everything I needed to know about my medical issues and my follow-up procedures.
I have not seen the Dr Bien yet for exams. But our video visit was very good.
