I called this garage door repair company at 1:00pm and they were at my house by 4:00pm, Roy got right to work repairing the broken springs, he meticulously went over the entire door looking for other possible problems, he greased everything up, checked out the motor and was on his way. I called this garage door and gate repair company (based on all the great the internet reviews) and Jonny was at my door in less than two hours. I love love love my new garage door. Actually, I got it installed in July of 2010, so it is not so new anymore. But, I still love it. Tech helped me choose my door and suggested to not get a wood door, but one that is brown (resembles wood). She told me that my house faces west and I d be varnishing my door pretty much every couple of years. This garage door repair company is very honest. I also get a lot of compliments on my garage door.
Pulled my suv into garage, pushed close garage button... Had inadvertently left suv sun roof open and red safety string on garage door track caught on open sun roof/luggage rack and tripped garage door whilst closing, pulling trolley off it s game. My first experience with this garage door company was when my son accidentally bent the garage door track when he was learning to back out of the garage. I called, got an extremely reasonable price for the track, was able to go pick it up & all without getting the speech about the benefits of having a professional replace the track! Loved that.
