Roy was awesome - not only did he come immediately on a holiday no less he was friendly and did not price gouge me. He was honest friendly and fast - I would recommend him to anyone - thank you Roy!!!!
Our door wasn t working properly and my husband noticed one of the wheels that runs up and down the track had fallen off. We have a huge, heavy door, and Roy came and replaced all the wheels, lubricated the hinges, checked the cable, and gave me a little garage door 101 class on how to keep the door working well.

So I could not understand why my garage opener remote was not working the other day. I tried all I could to try and repair it myself, but in the end I just got frustrated. So I contacted the garage door company and they did such a splendid job and were so friendly to me. I couldn't believe the almost immediate response to the garage door service call.
He showed up on time (9am in the morning). He replaced my broken spring in the garage door in about ~30 minutes. He even put a reinforced strap bar across the garage door , so it will last longer.
