After a couple of failed attempts to try to fix the garage door opener ourselves, I decided to search on the internet! for some recommendations on good, honest garage door experts. We were in a real jam, so we called and he came out the same day. Wow, Roy to the rescue! He was very informative, fixed our problem and bought us some time, until we need to get a door replacement. When I am ready to get the replacement door I am definitely going to use Roy. Thanks Roy great job.

If only every service call I ve had to my house went this smooth. Roy was wonderful. First, we talked about what was going on with my garage door opener to see if it was something he could fix without having to come out and without having to charge me. I had looked inside my unit and could see one of the plastic gears had stripped, so it would need to be replaced or I thought it may be better to replace the whole unit. After fixing the spring and did some adjustments on the door, he taught me how to maintain the door too, where to buy the lubricant, etc.
This is a great business. I had dealt with half a dozen other flaky garage companies in the past before I discovered these people. I manage property and will NEVER use anyone else. They are super fast, very honest and do good work. Hard to go wrong using them.
Totally satisfied with our experience with them. My wife saw the reviews on the internet and made an appointment for the following morning. John was here on time and told me what he thought the problem was even though I couldn t replicate exactly what has been happening. He told me what it would cost, which was what my wife was told the previous day. It was fixed within 45 minutes and he thoroughly explained what the issue was and some things to keep an eye out for with my particular opener. I totally recommend them.
