Our technician, David, came the same day we called. He called ahead to let us know his arrival time and came right on time. He explained everything clearly, no high pressure tactics. He even fixed the hinge on one of our garage doors that wasn t hanging properly!. I would highly recommend this company.
I had all my springs changed out last Friday. Eli called an hour before he arrived to let me know that he was on the way. He was extremelly professional and took time to explain what he would be doind. I definitely recommend them to everyone, and I will use them next time I need my springs changed!!!

This garage door repair company and their son lived up to the overwhelmingly positive internet reviews. I left them a voicemail to repair our garage door. They returned my call in 10 minutes, came out within 2 hours to diagnose the problem (broken springs), created a temporary fix, provided a reasonable estimate, and then ordered new springs. Once the new springs arrived a week later, they installed them in 30 minutes. Great service.
Tech changed our springs, tightened everything and made sure all was in safe, working order. Shawn rules!
Our Garage door broke around 3pm today. We were so annoyed. After some poking and prodding and attempting to fix the door with our non-existing handyman skills, we quickly gave up and went on trusty the internet to find Help!
We scheduled an appointment in the afternoon. Shawn showed up on time verified the problem was what we discussed and fixed it. He also inspected the rest of the door parts, tightened bolts, adjusted the springs, lubed the gears and explained to me how to keep everything running well. Perfect.
Tech was fast, cleaned up after his work, and made sure everything was running smoothly by oiling the chain, tracks and all hinges. I will call him again for any future garage door problems!
John did a great job on changing all the springs and even gave security tips. Awesome job - Awesome employee
