Add me to the growing list of satisfied clients. Same as others, called this garage door repair company up and we set a time for that day, like within a few hours. They arrived on time and after a half hour of service with a smile, my garage door was fixed. I required no new parts so my bill was under \$100. Pretty darn sweet!
Pulled my suv into garage, pushed close garage button... Had inadvertently left suv sun roof open and red safety string on garage door track caught on open sun roof/luggage rack and tripped garage door whilst closing, pulling trolley off it s game. Excellent Job!!! We needed to replace an old sliding garage door at my Mom s house rather quickly, so I did the research and called here. They showed up the same day, gave us a very reasonable quote for free. Some companies wanted \$100.00 to come out and quote the job and others never returned our call. One day last week we found that our garage door spring was broken. I called the next morning and a technician arrived by early afternoon. He quickly fixed the problem. I really appreciated that you honored the warranty on the door hardware, which we had purchased several years ago, with no questions asked.
All the other garage door techs I called were mobile units that wanted a service call to pick up my spring. this garage door company tech has a store where I could take my malfunctioning spring. Johny was courteous and knowledgeable. He fixed my cannon-key spring in a matter of minutes. The key was an odd size but he still managed to match the profile and produce two new keys. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes without paying a hefty service call from one of those mobile units.
We hired this garage door company for two separate jobs. First, he replaced a tattered old garage door with a new door. While installing the garage door, they adjusted our garage door opener. Now, the door looks much better (painted by Sean s too), and the opener actually runs smoother and quieter. Second, we hired them to replace a garage door opener of a common garage entry for 5 homes. Unbelievable customer service!! Garage door motor dead, called Sean late Saturday afternoon and he was there and done by 6pm. Had everything with him, no drama. Made a recommendation to replace a part that was much less expensive than what he could have done (replaced the whole unit). This was at the end of a long day but he was still upbeat and engaging. He lubricated the entire door and looked at the main door spring as well.
Called another company that my garage builder referred me to...searching for their review I happened to notice this garage door company off the chart rating.
