Called this garage door company to set an appointment to have the Torsion springs replaced. They gave me a 2 hour window and showed up right in the middle. Roy was the technician that came out. He was very polite and professional. He replaced both Torsion springs and did an inspection in ~45mins. I will recommend them to others and call them in the future if any other issues arise.

Roy, the Owner Operator of this garage door company is Very competitively priced and will work with your schedule any day of the week at any time. He maintains a very high level of Customer Service not seen very often these days. He is fast, professional and very knowledgeable.
Researched online (the internet, angieslist, etc.) for someone to replace our old garage door opener with a new one that we bought ourselves from Costco. Called several places. this garage door companies estimate was competitive with the other bids. They were able to send someone on the same day -- which took me by surprise. I was thinking that it wouldn t be able to send someone for several days.
Roy was wonderful. My garage door broke on a Saturday afternoon and he was able to come out immediately and fix it. this garage door has never been so quiet once he replace the rollers that had come off track. He has a lifetime warranty on everything he does. I will never use any other company for my garage door. When my neighbor heard the garage door break he told me about Roy! Lucky me!
