The repair was quick, efficient, and effective. The technician was helpful, friendly, and honest; he helped me to know what to look for and how to keep my door working properly. Ben also made sure to take care of other things that would make my door work better and showed me how to do some preventative maintenance myself.

This garage door company was fantastic. My automatic garage door broke, they came out the same day. After they left, the motor seemed a little loud to me (it IS 25 years old). I called back, spoke to the owner (Sean), who came out that very evening, greased up all the moving parts, and politely reminded me that the motor is getting old. Couldn t have been happier with their service. It was Sunday night at around 6 pm. I m closing my three car garage door (three condo owners) when suddenly it makes a terrible sound and gets stuck halfway down. One side is much lower than the other. It doesn t look good. My garage door spring broke and I was at a loss at what do. My door became lopsided and it was dangerous. I needed help as my husband is away. I contacted Roy and he was here within 20 minutes. I highly recommend this company. My garage door came off of the tracks and I was sure that i was going to get gouged by a Commercial company. I search online and found this website. Once I called and told him my issue, he quoted the work right on the spot. It took no more than an hour to completely fix my garage door.
