Dennis offered a fantastic service, great advice, very accommodating along with a great price. He searched to match my current flooring and was extremely helpful. Danny fitted our carpet and lino to a excellent standard, again nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely use them again (our family already have and were also extremely happy)

Salesman was abrupt and pushy. Gave us false information when he told us carpet manufacturers wouldn't give warranties unless we bought new underlay.
It seems the only negative feedback is about the opening times and people expecting services they do not do. The service is always 1st Class
