I was really happy with the service at first / Andy is friendly and very knowledgable. Prices were reasonable. Sadly over time this has led to disappointment- laminate has had issues, the person who fitted it didn’t even do all of it which took 3 weeks to get him back (even after withholding payment) and the laminate has all lumps and uneven on certain parts. Tried to contact Andy multiple times to just have a message read and ignored. Completely ghosted. It’s a shame as I am now going to find somewhere else to finish the re... read more
