The service was quick. However, you need to work on your website. I scheduled and appointment online only to arrive and be told there was an extensive wait time. Then i was told you can schedule oil changes on website. Why is that an option then? i had to come back another day.
Chris Bailey was super friendly, open and honest about everything with the car, and very knowledgeable. If you're looking for a vehicle, new or used (like mine), go down to Plainfield and talk to him! It'll definitely be worth it!

The service department was very professional and pretty accurate. The environment to wait in was comfortable and user friendly with coffee and water for the customers.
