I dont recommend Andy Mohr Ford due to the customer service I've received there early on and now currently. AVOID Ivan the service advisor at all costs!! He has poor customer service skills and philosophy! He was rude and condescending to my wife. He has poor follow up skills.
RecommendedGavin was cool. Very helpful and helped with any problems that arose with the vehicle. Thanks guys

the exact experience one should expect buying a used vehicle. everyone so nice and accommodating. LC Baker is your man if your in need of something. they even delivered my car to Bedford.
ON JUNE 24th 2020 I took my 2002 Ford F-150 truck into the service department to get a Oil change for me to pay and within a Mile and a half my truck stops in the middle of rush hour traffic with a 13 year old kid in my car with me cars are clearly driving fast I call ANDY FORD ford and they sent a mechanic out from him to tell me THEY FORGOT TO PUT OIL IN MY TRUCK AND MY MOTOR BLEW I told them that’s my work truck it’s how I make money I own my own LAWNCARE BUSINESS I receive a text this morning asking me if I took anything... read more
My cousin went there a few days ago to get an oil change & they forgot to put oil in the car & the engine blew not even 2 miles after leaving. Have not been compensated for the issues at all. I would not recommend to anyone. Stay away.
