This dealership just committed fraud, and I am not taking this review down until it is fixed. I was assured over eight times after I ask the right question if my car had anything wrong with it. They told me everything was fine. They told me it was safe. I put my child in this car. The transmission is broken, the radiator is broken, the coolant, and after all of that? My husband and I talked to Carly on the phone about a SUV the dealership had in stock. We told her how we were driving over an hour from where we live for this vehicle for our family of 7. After driving an hour there, we find out that the vehicle was not able to be driven and that it was going to the auction after this week if it wasn't sold because the problems were to great to fix. 2 hours into an 11 hour trip at 1 o’clock in the afternoon on July 3rd my brake calipers froze up. While other service shops were closing early for the 3 day holiday, Service Advisor Bill Fletcher and his techs gave us the Indy 500 treatment! They even pulled help from the car wash area to get us back on the road in 3 hours and 15 minutes! 4 Rotors, pads and fluid replaced due to high heat. Thanks again guys for bailing us out of a bad situation.
