We get all our new Ford vehicles here. We had a great experience recently even with the corona virus outbreak. Our salesman and finance manager wore a mask during interaction and they had hand sanitizer ready for us to disinfect after signing documents. Me and my husband were also able to go in individually so we didn’t expose our kids to anything. We both wore masks as well. It was a very pleasant purchasing experience plus they had a good selection of trucks to choose from
I bought a new car there and it has less than 10k miles on it. It has been towed in to service twice and been in there shop a few other times for minor fixes or recalls. I tried to talk to a Manger about my problem. I have left 4 messages for 2 different Managers and no one has called me back. It definitely seems like Andy Mohr don’t stand behind there cars. Service center associates greeted me as soon as I arrived. Was quoted over the phone and quote was exactly what I paid once I got my service done. All associates was very friendly and polite. Plus wait time was not long at all.
