I was refused a notary for no apparent reason. When asked why I was simply told that it is "Mr Martin's decision", it was confusing and annoying as I had been waiting for the notary thinking that it was in progress and had agreed to certain fees. The team at Andrews Martin (particularly Emily) were brilliant throught the process of buying my first flat. Despite covid they still worked as quickly as possible and were very proactive during the sale so that I could move in as soon as possible, the whole team were lovely, professional and very informative answering any questions I had along the way.
