Feeling bullied by this agency, who made us give up part of our deposit for additional cleaning despite us having hired professional cleaners for end of tenancy and no complaint about it in the checkout report. I guess by threatening tenants with a lengthy arbitration process, you can pretty much always get your way as an agency. Tenancy itself was OK.
