After waiting 2 years and fighting for the help for my child who is without a doubt neurdivergent, after sitting for 3 hours answering thousands of questions they decided that actually all of this was down to a family situation that happened 6 months ago. They used it as a scapegoat and it's disgusting when as a parent I have chased this constantly because my child is almost 3 years behind in development leaving her floundering. They have failed her
Very welcoming, was great with my son who was diagnosed with both ADHD and autism. We're very helpful and gave lots of helpful information, answered all questions with no judgement at all
It should be zero stars but anyways absolutely DISGUSTING, I have waited over a year for this appointment to only be turned down due to not meeting the criteria, didn’t realise there was one when it came to not only mental health but also person centred care (it makes no sense) when I voiced these concerns to not only the nurse but also the manager I was met by nothing but patronising idiots that clearly pick and choose who they care for. Aside from the lengthy NHS weight, which isn't their fault, my wife and I have found them to be excellent. Very friendly and helpful in diagnosing our boys with autism and ADHD. The advice and medication has greatly improved our lives together and more importantly, the quality of life our boys experience.
Reception staff were great. Small waiting area that had some fidget items available and colouring. Parking is limited. Several steps to enter the building. Staff were polite and introduced themselves and explained what was happening. Water machine available for use.
