Had an amazing selling experience with Andrew Kelly! From Sam the sales representative to Ann and Fiona who kept me in the loop at all times with regular updates. They were so helpful as a first time seller with any questions I had no matter how small. Not only that but my house was under offer in less than 2 weeks from going on the market! What more could you ask for. Thanks again!

Ann and her team were absolutely amazing in supporting us through my elderly mum’s recent house sale. After 55 years of living in the same house, moving somewhere new is a huge wrench. Sam and Ann understood this from the start and the guidance and support they provided was second to none. Friendly, thoughtful and approachable, nothing was too much trouble. I rent a property through Andrew Kelly.Jonathan is great .what ever we need.it is sorted straight away .boiler burst had new one within two weeks only delayed cause xmas.cannot recommend enough.

A nightmare of a Home buying experience with Andrew Kelly’s Rochdale. I strongly advise to do your checks throughly and regularly. My experience with Andrew Kelly was overwhelmingly negative. From the initial property viewings to the post-purchase period, I encountered a series of issues that were poorly handled. We had a very disappointing experience with Andrew Kelly Estate Agency. We were explicitly told by the agency that a property we were interested in was freehold, which was a significant factor in our decision to make an offer. However, after investing considerable time and money, we discovered through our solicitor that the property is actually leasehold, with the garden rented from the council separately.
