This was our first time staying in the French Quarter, and we chose an amazing place to do it! The hotel is beautifully restored to its 18th century charm, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the best part was the great hospitality of the staff. Thanks for a great visit, we will be back.
The staff was very nice. Breakfast was very good, Bed was comfy and I got engaged here.
My friend and I stayed for 5 days. It was my 1st time visiting New Orleans. The staff was wonderful!! Super friendly and very helpful in booking our tours. We had breakfast delivered to our room every morning at the time we requested. The hotel is very charming and the location is perfect. I had a wonderful time! Would definitely stay there again.
Had a fantastic weekend at the Andrew Jackson Hotel! The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. We were in room 204 which was huge, and very clean. Loved our breakfast delivery of warm croissants and coffee every morning, perfect start to our day. The hotel is centrally located in the quarter, so easy to get around, and we loved being on Royal Street. We will most certainly be back!
More beautiful than I could have imagined and the entire staff was warm and friendly. French sounding guy at the front desk was hot enough to make it more than worth while. There is also a very sweet cat that lounges around in the courtyard that would be more than happy to sit calmly with you and let you pet her. I called her Simon. You can call her whatever you please. The ghost left us alone and we slept in peace. Very comfortable.
Absolutely the best concierge, housekeeping staff, especially while we were on lockdown for hurricane Nate that didn't come our way. Extremely friendly, personable staff, thoroughly enjoyed our stay and absolutely reccomend this hotel!!
It was an INCREDIBLE experience. It made our trip so worth it. The valet was $40 which I thought was high, but after seeing the lack of parking anywhere in sight, it was well worth it. The room was so vintage and historic and then when breakfast came it was really topped off. I WILL BE visiting this place again.
Very prompt with time, gave us early check in with no extra charge. Valet parking was great as parking can be difficult. The experience was great and locations was awesome.
