This is our eleventh visit to the Quarter and our third stay at the Andrew Jackson. We are returning visitors because we love this historical site with it's most accommodating staff, beautiful courtyard and breakfast delivered to our room. It is a perfect location in the Quarter and we spend a lot of time on Canal St. itself. We are sure to return here again.
This place doesn't deserve a 1 star its that bad! Booked a double room got a single for 3 people. Booked the room 4 months ago and confirmed a week before arrival and they admitted to the fact they changed the room the day before we arrive. Poor customer service!! Room was small. Bathroom small couldn't adjust the temp in the room. But the customer service was the worst I've even seen. never stay here!!
