The horror started yesterday with the front desk. It appears to this traveler that front desk personnel cannot control room numbers as they could not book a specific room for 2 nights. The staff was great and the hotel was really cute!
I wanted to give it a five because it was at a great location, staff were wonderful, bed was soft and the towels clean and soft, loved the courtyard and the breakfast of two croissants and beverage of your choice brought at the time of your choice between 7am and 10am. This place is vert nice for the price. Clean rooms, luxury toiletries, comfortable beds, courteous staff and fresh-baked croissants with coffee and/or juice for breakfast delivered to your room. Free WiFi, but we never got it to work right. I've stayed in much more expensive hotels with significantly less charm and character. Central to all the fun, but quiet enough to get a good night's rest. Will definitely be staying here again. Drawbacks- expensive parking (but that's typical for the area) and weak wifi.
