The staff was superior to any other hotel I have stayed before. Friendly, helpful staff and a wonderful hotel!
Our first time in New Orleans and we loved staying here. Even thought we may have been visited by the ghost when I heard the sounds of children and opened the door thinking it was my grandchildren , but no they were still sleeping. Beautiful court yard and wonderful staff , would definitely stay here again
After the hotel lobby attendant made an error in my billing my stay started pretty roughly however the staff responded with professionalism and class, crediting my credit card and throwing in an extra night at the hotel! Wonderful, polite staff and a beautiful historic facility!
Just in New Orleans for one night. I found this hotel. The staff is amazing and helpful. It is walking distance to Bourbon Street. The area is nice to walk around. Heard it is haunted but nothing happened.
