Rooms not clean . Furniture not new bathroom not clean when our friends check in . So had to wait until after 7:00 P M before able to check in . Told us to go eat somewhere come back . We didn’t know what to do . Check out next day
Room was great and the staff, Larry and Mario, were the best!!!
We enjoyed our stay at the Andrew Jackson Hotel. the staff is friendly, our room was nice, loved the balcony that overlooked Royal st. English breakfast of croissants with jam and beverage served to you in your room is a really nice touch. I would definatly recommend this hotel
We had an amazing experience! The staff went above and beyond for us, and helped schedule us an air boat gator tour. The room was very clean, and the private courtyard makes it perfect for complimentary breakfast!! We will DEFINITELY stay again!!
So we booked for this May and had to cancel our reservations because my husband was hospitalized. They refused to give us our money back which was $2000. We have incurred multiple hospital bills and they still don’t care!!! They have stolen $2000 from us during unfortunate circumstances! Just awful place....stay far away because they don’t care about their patrons!!!!
We will definitely be returning! The staff is incredibly nice & helpful. The room was clean & spacious. Can't wait to come back!
We had a wonderful time celebrating my husband’s birthday! They had our room ready and everyone was so courteous. They will accommodate all of your needs from parking to luggage. Great place! We’ll be back. ❤️
