I have been a patient of Dr. Nelson for numerous issues over many years. He is by far the most knowledgable, professional and caring Surgeon/Doctor I have ever been to. I have recommended him to many friends and family members who all feel the same way. Once again, all I can say is that he is the all around best!
He was awesome. Explained everything I needed to know. The only grip I have is that I waited one hour and 20 minutes to be seen. I was told they had several emergencies, however, the person at the front desk when I asked her how much longer after 1:15 min she had a bit of a problem finding me. I told her I think they forgot about me. Shortly after that I was called in. Sometimes these issues happen. The main thing is I finally was seen and Dr Nelson took care of my problem.
Dr. Andrew Nelson performed carpal tunnel surgery on my right hand. Dr. Nelson and his team were phenomenal.
He gave me a video evaluation on his day off, made room the next day in his busy schedule. Diagnosed a small fracture, was compassionate, provided excellent advise, treatment, and care. Also not quick to operate on a very technical procedure with a better outcome non surgical!
Dr Nelson Is wonderful. He called me before my scheduled visit to see me earlier because of the condition. He did surgery the next day after visit. Very professional ,kind and caring doctor. Explained the problem very well using simple words and pictures to easier understand. Called me and checked after surgery and gave advice how to deal with pain. I am very lucky that he did the surgery. Thank you Doctor Nelson for everything you did . Absolutely I would recommend him.
Very professional and friendly staff
Dr. Nelson is an amazing doctor. I went in there terrified, not knowing what to expect. He made me feel comfortable and quickly addressed my issue in a matter of moments. He took his time and explained everything thoroughly. So thoroughly in fact, I didn’t even have any questions for him. I would highly recommend him.
