very pleasant, easy to understand and to talk to.
I had an experience that it old fashioned. Dr. Nelson saw me the same day I called and at the appointment scheduled me for surgery the next day. He was booked so he came in early to make it happen. We meet him at the office before it was opened. He fixed my almost severed fingertip and now I'm well on my way to using it again. I was so impressed in his quality of care. I highly recommend him!
I rate an A+ for my whole experience of having finger surgery for the doctor, staff and facilities. Everyone was considerate and professional and kind. Everything along the way before and after was carefully in detail explained to me. I would highly recommend this doctor, staff and facility to anyone needing surgery.
Dr. Nelson had previously provided outstanding care and treatment for both my Son and my Wife. When it came time for me to address my Carpel Tunnel symptoms, it only made sense to entrust Dr. Nelson with my care. Dr. Nelson and his staff displayed outstanding confidence, which made me extremely comfortable with my decision to address my Carpel Tunnel ailment. He explained all to me before even getting my trigger finger done. I had injections one lasted 8 months second lasted months, Surgery recommended at this point and was the best decision ever. it is only 2 weeks and my hand feels great.
