It was my first visit and Everyone was very pleasant to me.Dr Nelson’s staff is wonderful. Dr. Nelson is a very pleasant and a knowledgeable and excellent doctor.
Dr. Andrew Nelson performed my hand surgery last year (2021). It was a complicated surgery as he had to break the bone that had started to grow back and put a plate in. He did a fantastic job and I now have about 90-95% use of my Hand. He also has an excellent bedside manner and comforted me throughout the process. I had a broken wrist. I was able to get an appointment to see him very quickly. Before he even saw me he had reviewed the X-rays and began scheduling the surgery to fix it. Everyone at the surgery center was very kind and understanding during the whole process. I was really grateful to have such good care.
I have had several appointments with Dr. Nelson, and can count on him to explain thoroughly and in laymen’s terms exactly what is going on. Dr. Nelson is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. My appointments Re never, ever rushed.
Dr. Nelson is patient, thorough and compassionate. His team, particularly Samantha are wonderful and are happy to explain and answer any questions you may have. My experience at his office is always great. My experience at the Cheshire Surgery Center with his team of nurses was just world class. professional and thorough
I had an appointment with Dr Bibigian, not Dr Nelson, but when he saw my finger, the two of them met to fit me into Dr Nelson's schedule while I was there. He took quick x-rays, clearly described my condition, and called a physical therapist while I was there to get me in for a splint on a Friday afternoon. Well above and beyond in personal service!
Diagnosed problem & explained fully. Then took steps to immediately remedy the problem. No wait time to boot!
Dr Nelson may know his stuff, but I have never seen a dr disrespect my grandmother during her visit more. Very rude and demeaning, and has complete disregard for his patients.
