DO NOT BUY A HOUSE FROM ANDREW GRANT!! They take deposits to accept your offer and then you are basically held to ransom by your seller and you are forced to go along with the seller otherwise you won’t get your money back if you back out even though there t&c’s say it would be, they will not give you your money back!! I would go to seller directly and avoid andrew grant estate agents at all costs!!

Fabulous staff who were incredibly helpful and efficient. They rented out our property so effectively, with adverts, tenant reference checks, inventory and contracts all drawn up very quickly. They were great at keeping us updated every step of the way. Will and Louisa provided an excellent service.
We recently purchased our first home through Andrew Grant and had the best experience. Our 5* review is predominantly aimed at Louise who helped us from the start, and was consistently on hand to answer my many emails! We were kept well updated and the entire service was just exceptional from start to end. Would definitely recommend to others!
