Woke up one morning to no heating or hot water, heating wasn't an issue as we were in the middle of the heatwave. Contacted Andrew but he was on holiday in Mexico. Called another company and they were unable to diagnose the fault and suggested it was electrical. I employed Andrew to install a new boiler after my old one was condemned I was going to have British Gas do the job but they messed around so much that after finding Andrew on Google I had him give me a quote which was competitive and agreed for him to do the work. Apart from not turning up to a couple of jobs at family's rental property, they've done a couple of decent jobs for us at short notice. Then, booked for boiler service, arrived late, charged a top-whack price and the boiler stopped working 2 days later. Left screws hanging out the front and one missing. Five stars doesn’t begin to cut it. Andrew came out following a call due to our boiler flue being left in an unsafe position from our plasterers. He was so informative, kind and helpful and made our boiler safe. We have had really poor luck with workman since we moved into our home. But Andrew supported us by communicating directly with the plasterer and made sure we were informed with the next steps. After going above and beyond - he said the job was on him at no cost to us.
