Can’t rate Andrew, his practice and professionalism highly enough. I have a tricky type of hearing loss to treat, and having been through the NHS for some considerable time and finding they couldn’t provide me with a suitable hearing aid to help me hear properly, I went to see Andrew. He tested my hearing, found the issue immediately, provided me with a report and suggested a selection of hearing aids. Andrew offered a great service. I went in to get my hearing tested and the entire process was very professional and the equipment used was very sophisticated. It was very clear he was experienced in the field and I will definitely be going back if I need my hearing tested again

Cannot praise Andrew enough.. he was brilliant with my 12 year old daughter after we booked appointment for ear wax micro suction. GP had confirmed both ears blocked with wax and she was getting more and more distressed as could barely hear .. Andrew explained everything in advance, talked through the procedure, answered her many questions (!) and totally put her at ease. Within 20mins she could hear and I have a happy child again!!! I have nothing but high praise for Andrew and his audiology service. He was so kind and helpful towards my 92 year old Father, who was reluctant to seek help with his hearing loss. With Andrew's help & support my Father has now accepted a new hearing aid, which he felt was within his budget, and is enjoying a life of sound again.
